Jul. 07, 1954 - Thousand Of Egyptoian Peasants Become Land Owners: Several thousands of peasants in Lower Egypt, recently became landowners when the titles deeds to a total of 7580 feddans were handed by Premier Nasser to 2491 families numbering 15, 487 persons in the Foudich Province. Most of the land two well known families of landowners, Badrawi and Serag El Dine at Dreen, Kafr El Garaida. The rest totaling 1647 feddans had been confiscated the Wahid Yousry, a Member of the Mohammed Aly Family.
