Jan. 01, 1959 - Michael Grzimek perished: Michael Grzimek, the son the chief manager of the Frankfurt Zoo, Berard Grzimek, perished with an aeroplane in the national-park of Serengeti (Central-Africa) when he was observing animals. The news of the death of his son Berard Grzimek got by natives who returned from hunting.
