Dec. 12 Uganda celebrates eleven years of Independence: The Ugandan people recently celebrated the eleventh anniversary of Independence. Since 1971 the country has been rules by President Idi Amin Dada who told the people in an Anniversary speech that they had achieved more in their few years of Independence than in the seventy years they had spent under British Colonial rule.
