Feb. 25 Kenya -Somali border war : In the northern frontier district of Kenya there has been a war since 1963 between Kenya military forces and the Shifts who are known as Freedom fighters in Somalia and supported by the Somalia government. they get their arms fro j communist government. The disputed NFD area is all desert, but oil companies re proposing in he distress, and this is why Kenya wonton to keep it and semlia wants to get it. while the war still goes on. a number of shifts had surrendered with their waspons to Kenya forces after president kenyastts gave them honesty.
