Africa - Egypt

Feb. 29 Who wants to be nice, had to suffer': this proverb come true at this young woman from South Sudan/Africa. The adornment-scors, which she is wearing proudly are done in a painful procedure at the time of her puberty. At the tribe of the Nuers only girls get these artistic skin-ornaments. The scors are embellishment and at the same time sign of the tribe (on our picture of the Nuer-tribe from the banks of the river Nile)
