Feb. 29 August 12th 1983, United Nations Headquarters, New York The United Nations Security Council continued its dual debate today on both Chad complaint of open Libyan aggression against it and Libya complaint against the United States for American acts of intimidation and provocation against Libya. As in previous days the council held two separate meetings to hear the complaints. The council met first in the morning on the complaint by Chad and then in the afternoon to hear the complaints by Libya.
