Feb. 29 Asian shoopkeepers put up the closing down sale signs in Kenya. As a result of Kenya new Immigration and Africanization Laws in the civil service and other businesses more than 1000 Asians are leaving every month for London in a large scale Asian exodus in which some 70, 000 are estimated to leave between now and the middle of this year.
