Apr. 05 Somewhere on the Ethopia - Somali border: Two steel helmeted Ethiopian Army soldiers man a machine gun next on the Ethiopian Somaliand border, here recently. Heavy fighting erupted on the border here 2/16, only hours after a cease-fire went into effect, the Ethiopian Defense Ministry said. Ethiopia charged Somali with violation of the cease-fire. The dispute centers around the Ethiopian province of Ogaden, which the Somali government claims because it is a traditional grazing ground for nomadic Somali tribesman
