May 30, 1964 - Elisabethville, The Congo: Congolese soldier escorts four terrorists (white shirts) as they leave airport upon arrival here, from Kampini, Katanga. Rebel forces captured town of Albertville and threatened to massacre 170 European white men, women and children. Battle-hardened Congolese troops descended on the city and drove the rebels out after fierce fighting. Authorities said about 15 Africans were slain
