Jan. 01, 1964 - The Royal Refugees Arrive In London: The deposed Sultan Of Zanzibar arrived in London by train yesterday from Manchester where his plane had to be diverted because of fog. He arrived with his retinue of about 60 relatives, friends and court officials and the whole party, who have very few clothes and possessions have been housed in a hotel as guests of the British Government until their future has been decided. He is nursing his two-year-old daughter Thureyah, while his eldest daughter, seven-year-old Mutuka holds his baby son Abdullah
