Dec. 11, 1962 - Trial of Jomo Kenyata. An application by the defence to have the hearing of the charges against Jomo Kenyata, and five other Mau Mau suspects, transferred from Kapenguria and the change in magistrate, was refused by the Supreme Court at Nairobi.
