Nov. 11, 1966 - UAR, Syria Review Arab Situation at Nasser-Zoyaen Talks: Official talks opened last week in Cairo between the UAR and Syria. The two sides, led respectively by Nasser and Syrian Prime Minister, Dr. Yussef Zoyaen reviewed the Arab situation and exchanged relative views.
