Jun. 06, 1966 - Signature of Malawi Million Development Loan Agreement. Mr. Anthony Greenwood, minister of Overseas Development and Mr. J.Z.U. Tembo, Minister of Finance in the Malawi Government, today signed and exchange letters setting out the terms and conditions under which the British Government is making a m, interest free loan to the Malawi Government for development during three year period 1966-1968.
