Jun. 06, 1967 - The Nigerian had of State, Major-General Yakubu Gowon on June 12th 1967 formed an Army-Civilian Federal Executive Council, In which are 16-man full-time cabinet for the Nigerian Federation. Members of the cabinets are known as commissioners'. Here members of the enlarged Federal Executive Council pose for a photograph with General Gowon after their inaugural in Lagos. Photo shows.
