Jul. 07, 1967 - Tshombe War in Congo. Mrs. Tshombe in Paris: Katanga provenience troops, loyal to former Premier Moise, Tshombe, have revolted against the government of President Joseph Mebutu and captured the town of Bukava, diplomatic reports said today. Tshombe was kidnapped at gunpoint last Saturday while flying to Ibiza from Majorea. His plane was diverted to Algiers and he has been held there since. Today, Mrs. Tshombe arrived in Paris today from Brussels, to confer with her husband's lawyer, M. Rene Florist. Photo Shows Mrs. Tshombe pictured in Paris
