1967 - The President of the Republic Tschad, Francois Tombalbaye visited Bavaria from 15 - 17. April in the course of his Germany visit. He was accompanied by the Minister for foreign Affairs, Dr. Jacques Baroum and Planning Minister Georges Diquimbaye as well as by the Chief Manager of the wireless - and information system of the Republic Tschad, Pierra Touade. After the reception at the airport by the Bavarian Prime Minister Alfos Goppel the guest was welcome in the Bavarian States Chancellery. After this Prime Minister Goppel gave a breakfast in the honour of the 16th the President and hi accompanying visited the stud Achselschwang. After this the guest drove on to Westerschondorf in order to see the bull testing station of the states trial farm Achaelschwang situated there.
