Jul. 07, 1971 - Mrs. Khansa Al-Nur flies to Sudan.: Colonel Babikr Al-Nur, the man named President of Sudan after last week's abortive 72 hour coup and his right hand man, Major Hamadallah, were executed by firing squad yesterday, it was officially announced in Khartoun.
