Nov. 11, 1971 - Enclosed please find two pictures taken in Nairobi today when President of Uganda General Idi Amin arived here to have talks with President Hzee Jomo Kenyatta. This is the first time that President Amin and President Kenyatta met. They discussed the East African crisis since the Uganda Military take over. Uganda and Tanzania troops are facing each other across the border and this has threated the break of East African Community.
