Wanume-Kibedi is seen hold a photostat of an article that appeared in last Sunday's Observer about the brutality and bloodshed which has taken place in Uganda since the take over by the Army. He refuted all allegations, and stated that his country is at peace and the journalist who wrote the article must be predujiced against Uganda
