Decision to form Federation of Arab Republics.: At meeting held recently in Benghazi Egypt, Syria, and Libya took the decision to form the Federation of Arab Republic. Photo shows the three Presidents during their meeting at the Guest Palace in Benghazi. Presideng the meeting is Libyan President Moamer El Geddafy flanked on the left by Syrian and UAR Presidents Gen. HAfez El Acsad and Anwar El Sadat, and on right by UAR Vice-Presidents Aly Sabry and Hussein El Chaffei
