Sep. 09, 1973 - The emperor of Ethiopia on private visit to Federal Republic of Germany: On this private visit emperor Haile Selassie came to Stuttgart on Sept. 11, 1973. He also visited the near by Daimler-Benz factory in Unterturkheim, where he received a Daimler-Benz-Unimog (small truck) as a present. Our photo was taken at this occasion.
