Sep. 09, 1972 - Good Neighbours Conference Starts In Dar This year's East and Central African Good Neighbours Conference is due to start tomorrow, attended by six Heads of State from the seventeen countries involved. Most of the other countries are represented by Vice-Presidents or Foreign Ministers. The Conference was preceded by a Preparatory meeting of Foreign Ministers which began on the 5th September. The Conference is taking place in Dar es-Salaam's Kilimanjaro Hotel.
