Emergency food and water supplies are a first necessity. Bit for the long-term many complex problems - political as well as environmental - have to be solved. Starving children and their mothers waiting for food at a camp at Harbu, twenty kilometres from Kombolcha in north-eastern Ethiopia. The camp for famine victims is run by Concera, an Irish Catholic Catholic aid organization
