May 05, 1970 - Mexican Wagon Train: 13 rail cars will carry 40 new model 8000 Ford agricultural tractors to Mexican farmers this week. The units, sold by Ford Overseas Tractor Operations, are produced of the company's Highland Park (Mich.) tractor plant. The Mexican government's order for the big tractors is the largest single export sale of these units since the 115.5 horsepower farm tractors were introduced to overseas markets this year.
