Jul. 01, 1969 - A Catalan farmer from Agen, Mr. Albet Pouquet, invented an ingenious machine for picking the fruit that is too high without fear of vertigo. It's an automated machine that is equipped with a platform of 5 meters long and 1.80 meters wide. These harvesters work at heights varying from 1.5 to 5 meters. Mr. Pouquet (to the left) helped by a worker are busy on the platform of the machine
