Building The Mighty Britannia: The fuselage of the Britannia is built in separate section, a new method of assembly and in a way, a form of pre-fabrication. On special jigs in another part of the factory, the fuselage panels are mounted to form sections, which arethen transferred to the assembly hall for final assembly
