Still In Air Race.: Mr. Peter Masefield, Chief Executive of British European Airways, said today that they withdrew entry from next week's trans-world air race early this year, but after top-level talks they re-entered a Vickers Viscount airliner. The Vickers Viscount R.M.A. Endeavour, the gaw- turbined powered airliner is now ready for the contest, the longest and most arduous ever planned.
