Sep. 24, 1954 - 24-9-54 New Vickers Viking freighter for invalids The first Vickers Viking freighters aircraft, designed specially for the transport of cripples and invalids, was launched this morning at Northolt by Peter Masefield, B.E.A. executive. Some of the invalids were taken aboard for a free flight from Northolt to Blackbushe after the christening. The aircraft was named Lord Dundonald.
