Feb. 02, 1957 - 60 Turbo Prop Airliners finished ahead of schedule. About to be delivered in Washington, D.C. is the last of 60 Vickers Viscount British turbo prop airliners ordered by Capital Airliners, production test flights of which were completed some six weeks ahead of schedule at the moment No.60, the first to be fitted with the equipment, is testing her storm warning radar. Last summer Capital ordered another 15 Viscounts, bringing its total for them up to 75. Picture shows Capital's 60th Viscount under test above England
