Sep. 09, 1958 - US, French planes hit: 7 are killed: An aerial collision between a small American transport plane and a French military jet above a Paris suburb yesterday killed killed seven persons, including all six members of the American crew and the French pilot. The impact of the crash twas so violent that debris was strewn over an area of five or six miles. The American plane from the near by air force base at Evreux was flying at 1, 600 feet when it crashed with mystere IV from theFrench base at Creil. Both planes disintegrated scattering wreckage over Poissy and Vernouillet. The wreckage of the French plane on the road to Vernouillet
