Under the present system, claim M. De Rouge, the plane is unbalanced by the pressure of tail wings. To do away with this dangerous element M. De Rouge proposes a system of tail wings comfortable to this of the Beetles. M. De Rouge demonstrating a model of plane built in keeping with his invention
