Jul. 21, 1959 - 21-7-59 French mannequin parachutist makes forced landing at R.A.F. base and continues in air race Taking part in Bleriot Anniversary Race today if French mannequin, parachutist Colette Duval. The twin-jet bomber, a Vatour made a forced landing at Kenley R.A.F. base, it being thought that this base was mistaken for Biggin Hill. The aircraft overran the runway, neither Miss Duval or her pilot Capt. Fribaine were hurt. Miss Duval continued her journey to Marble Arch by car.
