Feb. 26 Idlewild Airport, N.Y. ---- TWA maintenance foreman Anthony Falco, of 2053 West 8 St. Brooklyn, signals foreman Frank D Avanzo, of 2246 79 st. Jackson Heights, in the cockpit of a Trans World Airlines Jetstream to start two as TWA continues preparations to get back into full service to 93 United States and overseas stations, following the settlement of a 13 day strike of mechanics. About 3700 Kansas City based mechanics are voting on the settlement and about 1400 New York members of the International Association of machinists are scheduled to vote. The first TWA flight scheduled to take off from New York will be at 12:01 A.M. with the departure of its non-stop Super-G Constellation from Los Angeles from Idlewild. International eastbound flights will start operation with the departure of a flight to Rome at 4.30 P.M
