Feb. 26 Helicopter Solve is Knotty Job Of Removing Transmitter From Bowl Of Telescope AT Jordell Bank: A Westland helicopter was used at Jordell Bank this afternoon for the tricky job of removing a radical transmitter from the bowl of the giant telescope there. Normally, the removal of the 10-kilowatt transmitter- loaned by the USA for the auctioning of American satellite signals would have necessitated the alimenting of the telescope a bowl However, the use of a helicopter as an improvised sky book made the job easier.Photo Shows The Westland helicopter is seen in front of the giant telescope at Jordell Bank after the removal of the radio transmitter
