Feb. 29 Four nation air race across the world Ten aircraft will take off at regular intervals from London Airport, England this Thursday (October 8) on a four-nation international air race to Christchurch, New Zealand. The distance is about 12, 000 miles and the race will be in two sections, the Speed Section and the Transport Handicap Section.
