Mar. 31 Versatile Skeeter The Saunders-Roe Skeeter, powered by a de Havilland Gipsy Major 215 engine, is turning out to be quite an adaptable light British helicopter. It is in production for the British Army Air Corps, the West Germany Army and Navy (an order of 10), and an ambulance version has now made its bow. Picture shows: The Skeeter as an ambulance (Top) and in its German colors (Bottom).
