Apr. 17 Testing The Britannia': The Bristol Aeroplane Company are building twenty-five Britannias a year and a further twenty-five are being built by an associated company at Belfast, making a total annual output of fifty. Firm orders for the Britannia now total forty. Some of these are for the long-range version which British Overseas Airways Corporation will use on their North Atlantic routes.
