Dec. 12, 1960 - Air disaster in Munich: On Dec.17th, at about 2 p.m. US military plane of the type Convair with about 20 people on board crashed into crossroad in the city of Munich. the plane stated from airport Munich-Riem and when crossing over Munich, the pilot discovered that the motors were not working properly. He tried to get back to the airport but crashed into a street. damaging, a house (slightly) and burying a wagon of a tram, All was a sea of flames, smoke and ruins, About 40 to 60 people are reported to be killed
