Jul. 07, 1963 - Douglas Wrong Way Corrigan arrived from Los Angeles aboard a TWA StarStream on the 25th anniversary of his famous wrong way flight to Dublin. On July 17, 1938 he took off from Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn on what everyone believed to be a flight to Los Angeles but instead landed in Dublin well on the way to fame and fortune. He is shown with TWA Captain Virgil Elliott in the cockpit of a TWA Jet who briefed him on the right way to fly across the country. Corrigan was a guest on the Today show on NBC
