Phantom fighter bomber aircraft of No. 54 Squadron being flight refuelled by Victor tanker aircraft of RAF Strike Command on a practice sortie before departure to the Far East on exercise Bersatu Padu, the 5 nation combined exercise now taking place in Malaysian and Singapore. These are the first official pictures of RAF Phantom being flight refuelled. the first pair of RAF Phantoms leave the Air Support Command airfield at RAF Coningsby, Linos, on May 17th
