Oct. 10, 1968 - Booing 747 rolled out of world's largest building, it's assembly plants at Everett, Washington. Flight test on the world's largest commercial airliner will begin in December 1968. First delivery to an airline late in 1969, should be in service early in 1970. It will carry at least 360 passengers (capacity 490)
