Mar. 24, 1991 - Selling out the Last Swiss Vampires:The last 28 Vampire-jets of the Swiss Airforce were sold on Saturday on the Airport of Sion to various interested buyers from Switzerland and abroad. The wooden two-seaters DH-115 were sold within two hours and some of the buyers were prepared to pay 82'000 Swiss Francs for the old jets. 200 of these British Vampires had been bought by the Swiss Military department in the late fourties and the last 28 were sold now
