Feb. 27, 1986 - Balloon-landings on the lake: are usually not possible. But the temperatures below zero degrees made the Tower area of the Lake of Constanz freeze - these days police officially allowed to walk on the ice. These balloon-pilots took the opportunity to land on the lake - and to get out with dry feet
