1958 - A beer-barrel came from Milwaukee to Frankfurt/Main. It is the loc millionth beer-barrel produced by a Milwaukee brewery, founded by the German Jakob Best who came from Mettenheim near Worms on the Rhine. The jubilee-barrel will be drunk on a public festival in Jakob Best's hometown Mettenheim. Photo shows the mayor of Mettenheim, George Reichert (lft) and the manager of the brewery, Dr. Bauch, are lifted with the barrel from the plane
