Alexei Kosygin, Soviet Prime Minister, in Denmark

Dec. 04, 1971 - Kosygin In Denmark. The Russian Prime Minister, Alexei Kosygin, begins a four days visit in Denmark on the 2nd December. he is accompanied by his daughter, Ljudmila Gvisjani, and they both have a very stiff programme here, before they leave on Sunday for Norway. Many things are to be visited: town halls, the memorial grove for fallen patriots from World War II, the Parliament, a factory, a dairy, Fredensborg Castle, a fishing port and more. Saturday Kosygin and his daughter will fly to Aalborg in Jutland, where they, among other things, will meet and thank some fishermen who some months ago saved about 20 Russians whose ship had gone down not far away from Jutland's coast. Picture Shows: During his visit to North Jutland Kosygin attended the inauguration of the new town hall in Hirtshals. During this visit Kosygin had the opportunity to thank two fishermen who saved twenty Russians whose ship Tunkan had gone down not far away from Jutland's coast.
