Feb. 25 at the two popular restaurants in King Alvaro's and the Club Dell's Aratusa - are certainly getting a special treat. For Alvaro, proprietor of the restaurants, not only chooses the birds personally - he shoots them him self! Alvaro spends each weekend, with eight friends at Orsett Hall, Essex -where he pays 50 a year for the shooting rights. And with as many as 250 birds some weeks - Alvaro certainly has a good investment - for when the birds turn up in the restaurants - prices are up to 18/6 each. Alvaro takes aim - to shoot one of the birds which he will be serving in one of his restaurants
