American Independence celebrated in Jutland

Jul. 07, 1972 - American Independence celebrated in Jutland.: Since 1912, the American Independence Day has been celebrated in the hills at Reb, in Jutland, during which time many famous Americans, including Richard Nixen, have held speeches there. This year, the main speech was made by Danny Kaye, the famous entertainer, known for his fondness of children and humanity. Queen Margarethe and Prince Henrik of Denmark attended the celebration.
