Nov. 19, 1951 - The Soviet Foreign Minister Andrey Vyshinsky appeared on Friday afternoon at the plenary meeting of the United Nations with a white dove in hand. A Frenchwoman had handed him the dove at the entrance to the Palais de Chaillot. Apparently Vyshinsky didn't know how to begin with the white dove since he immediately handed it over to his assistant Lobanov
