Jul. 01, 1953 - The man who loves his Donkey; Harry Francis Randell, is 76 and he has only one friend his 12 year old donkey, Kitty. An he refuses to be parted from her. Harry has no permanent home, and that is why he was found sleeping on the lawn on a private house. At his side lay the donkey. The householder in Islington, Lonion, called the police. A police sergeant offered him transport to in a police car, but Harry refused saying I wont be parted from by Donkey. Harry was yesterday fined 2s, 6d at old Street court.Why did he refuse to go to an institution? Because, said Harry, I wanted to wlak to Walthem to put more away. Photo Shows Harry P.
