Continue Attempts To Release Sally The Seal - From Her Motor Tyre Collar: Officials of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty are today making their seventh attempt to release Sally the Seal - which has a motor Tyre collar caught around her neck which impedes her diving for fish - thus effecting her health. Sally is to be seen on the rocks five miles off St. Mary's Island in the Sallies. Photo Shows Sally the seal asleep on the rock - with the Tyre firmly fixed around her neck
